Five treatment rooms inspired by the 1920s, including one for couples. The recipient chooses the date and treatments. Valid for 12 months, additional payment possible for more expensive services.

The voucher value must be used in full during one visit to Topacz Castle, at Art Spa.
The voucher redemption depends on the availability of treatment appointments on the selected date.

Free cancellation or modification of the reservation is possible no later than three days (72 hours) before the planned arrival date. If the reservation is canceled or changed after the specified deadline, the voucher will be considered used.
When making a reservation, please provide the voucher number.
The voucher must be handed over to the reception staff on the day of redemption.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase; the validity period is not extended.
The purchased voucher is non-refundable.
The voucher can be used once and cannot be split.
When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change if the value of the goods or services received is lower than the voucher value.
The user is obliged to pay the difference by cash or card if the value of the services received exceeds the value of the presented voucher.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of a reservation on selected dates.
