• Voucher redemption depends on room availability on the selected date.

• Free cancellation or reservation change is possible no later than three days (72 hours) before the planned arrival date. If the reservation is canceled or changed after the deadline, the voucher will be considered used.
• The voucher number must be provided when making a reservation.
• The voucher must be handed over to the reception staff on the day of redemption.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase; the validity date is not extendable.
• The purchased voucher is non-refundable.
• The voucher can be used once only and cannot be split.
• When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change if the value of the goods or services received is less than the voucher value.
• The user must pay the difference in cash or by card if the value of the services received exceeds the value of the presented voucher.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservation acceptance on selected dates.
