• The voucher redemption depends on room availability on the date selected by you.

• Free cancellation or change of reservation is possible no later than one day (24 hours) before the planned arrival date. If the reservation is canceled or changed after the deadline, the voucher will be considered redeemed.
• The voucher number must be provided when making the reservation.
• The voucher must be handed over to the reception staff on the day of redemption.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
• The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase; the voucher validity period cannot be extended.
• The purchased voucher is non-refundable.
• The voucher can be used once only, without the possibility of splitting.
• When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change if the value of the goods or services received is lower than the voucher value.
• The user is obliged to pay the price difference by cash or card if the value of the received services exceeds the value of the voucher presented.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservation acceptance on selected dates.
