- The voucher value must be used in full during one visit at Topacz Castle, in the Dom Wierzynka restaurant.
- The voucher redemption is subject to table availability on the date chosen by you.

- Free cancellation or reservation change is possible no later than three days (72 hours) before the planned arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled or changed after the specified time, the voucher will be considered used.
- When making a reservation, please provide the voucher number.
- The voucher must be handed over to the reception staff on the day of redemption.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
- The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase; the voucher expiry date is not extendable.
- The purchased voucher is non-refundable.
- The voucher can be used once without the possibility of division.
- When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to change if the value of the received goods or services is lower than the voucher value.
- The user is obliged to pay the price difference in cash or by payment card if the value of the received services exceeds the value of the presented voucher.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservation acceptance on selected dates.
