- The voucher value must be used in full during a single visit at Topacz Castle.
- The redemption of the voucher depends on room availability on the chosen date.

- Free cancellation or modification of reservation is possible no later than three days (72 hours) before the planned arrival date. If the reservation is canceled or changed after this deadline, the voucher will be considered used.
- The voucher number must be provided when making the reservation.
- The voucher must be handed over to the reception staff on the day of redemption.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, the validity date cannot be extended.
- The purchased voucher is non-refundable.
- The voucher can be used only once and cannot be split.
- When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to change if the value of the received goods or services is lower than the voucher value.
- The user is obliged to pay the price difference in cash or by card if the value of the received services exceeds the presented voucher value.
