• Free cancellation or reservation changes are possible no later than one day (24 hours) before the planned arrival date. If the reservation is canceled or changed after the deadline, the voucher will be considered used
• The voucher number must be provided when making the reservation
• The voucher must be presented to the reception staff on the day of use
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
• The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase; the voucher validity date cannot be extended
• The purchased voucher is non-refundable
• The voucher can be used once without the possibility of splitting
• When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change if the value of the goods or services received is less than the value of the voucher
• The user is obliged to pay the price difference in cash or by card if the value of the received services exceeds the value of the presented voucher
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservations on selected dates.
