• Free cancellation or modification of the reservation is possible no later than three days (72 hours) before the planned arrival date. If the reservation is canceled or changed after the deadline, the voucher will be considered used
• You must provide the voucher number when making the reservation
• The voucher must be handed over to the reception staff on the day of use
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
• The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, and its validity date cannot be extended
• The purchased voucher is non-refundable
• The voucher can be used once only, without the possibility of division
• When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change if the value of goods or services received is lower than the voucher’s value
• The user is obliged to pay the price difference in cash or by card if the value of the received services is higher than the presented voucher value
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservation acceptance on selected dates.
