• Free cancellation or change of reservation is possible no later than three days (72 hours) before the planned arrival date. If the reservation is canceled or changed after the deadline, the voucher will be considered used.
• Please provide the voucher number when making a reservation.
• The voucher must be presented to the reception staff on the day of use.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase; the voucher's validity period cannot be extended.
• Purchased vouchers are non-refundable.
• The voucher can be used once and cannot be split.
• When redeeming the voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change if the value of the goods or services is lower than the voucher value.
• The user is obliged to pay the price difference in cash or by card if the value of the services received is higher than the voucher value presented.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservations for selected dates.
