Private Room

The Private Room is an elegant, intimate space designed for smaller gatherings – accommodating up to 14 guests. It's the perfect setting for private dinners, family celebrations, or business meetings in a close-knit group. The interior combines intimacy with discreet elegance, creating an atmosphere conducive to conversations and celebration. The room can be completely closed off during the event, ensuring full privacy and comfort for all guests.

Tasting Room

The Tasting Room is a cozy, stylish interior that can accommodate up to 24 guests. It offers complete privacy, creating the perfect setting for celebrating special moments in an intimate atmosphere.
We’ve taken care of every detail – from the décor to the ambiance – so that our guests can feel relaxed and comfortable. This space is designed for tasting dinners, family celebrations, and business meetings, where not only the taste but also the surroundings matter.

Special Occasion Menu

Our special occasion menu is crafted based on seasonal ingredients and the current inspirations of our Head Chef. We offer elegant dishes that combine flavor, aesthetics, and harmony with the character of the event. The foundation consists of two main menu proposals – Offer 1 and Offer 2 – which we tailor to your individual needs and preferences. All details are discussed directly at the reservation stage to best match the offer to our guests' expectations.

STARTERS (served to the table after placing the order for main courses):

Goat cheese salad/ beets/ fig/ walnuts/ dressing
Tuna/ cucumber/ wakame/ young soybeans/ sesame/ coriander/ kimchi mayonnaise (lactose free/ gluten free)
Croquettes with smoked cottage cheese/ shallot/ apple (vegetarian)

SOUP (please choose one):

Sauerkraut cream/ candied cabbage/ croutons (served individually) (gluten free)
Mushroom broth/ truffle ravioli (served individually) (vegetarian)
Chicken broth/ beef dumplings/ carrot/ lovage (served in a tureen)

MAIN COURSES (served to the table):

Sea trout/ green beans/ breadcrumbs/ black lentils/ butter sauce
Duck breast/ mushrooms/ plums/ tarragon sauce
Pumpkin risotto/ oyster mushrooms/ zucchini/ ricotta/ pumpkin seeds (gluten free/ vegetarian)

Reservation Details

You are welcome to bring your own decorations – we are happy to adapt the space to the character of your event. The cake and other sweets served during the celebration are prepared by our in-house patisserie, allowing us to ensure their freshness, highest quality, and aesthetic consistency with the overall setting. All details regarding the organization of the event are arranged individually during the reservation process. Please confirm the number of guests no later than the day before the event.
