Standards for the Protection of Minors: THE KAMILKA ACT We kindly inform you that, in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, additional regulations aimed at protecting minors who have become victims of violence (the so-called "Lex Kamilek Act") came into effect on February 15, 2024. Under this Act, representatives of various industries, including the hospitality sector, are required to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, specifically to determine whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor they are accompanying and whether the child is in any danger. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If a child for whom a reservation has been made arrives at the hotel/facility and is being checked in by a person who is not their parent or legal guardian, the receptionist is obliged to require that person to present a PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN CONSENT STATEMENT FOR THE CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF THE GIVEN PERSON. This situation applies not only to individuals unrelated to the child but also to, for example, grandparents or uncles who are not the child's legal guardians at that time. We kindly ask for your understanding towards our staff, who, in accordance with the above-mentioned amendment, are obligated (under the threat of penalty) to verify the relationship between the child and the individuals they are with at the hotel/facility, but also fulfill this obligation primarily out of concern for the safety and well-being of your children.

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
