Zamek Topacz with Food & Friends magazine invite you for the unusual evening full of emotions, competition and delicious tastes. Only during the special dinner held on the 5th of October 2018 you will have an opportunity to taste dishes prepared by the following master chefs : Andrea Berton- chef & restauranteur from Milan,co-owner of 5 restaurants  two of them with Michelin star: Ristorante Berton * in Milan and Berton Al Lago * on Lake Como, Andrea Camastra co-owner restaurant Senses* with Michelin star in Warsaw and Rafał Borys from Zamek Topacz Restaurant. The chefs will prepare seven dishes which will be served at cocktail tables.
During the dinner you can also taste delicious dessert and drink Sicilian wine. Moreover, it is not the end of attractions prepared by Zamek Topacz and Food & Friends magazine. You will have the chance to observe the contest of three young head chefs competing for winning the internship in one of the best restaurants in Milan. You will be observing preparation of dishes inspired by Italian cuisine. The effort of young head chefs will be appraised not only by chef masters but also by the audience.
