Restaurant Supervisor

Job description:

• assisting the manager in running the restaurant,
• taking and fulfilling individual orders,
• maintaining a high standard of service in the restaurant, assisting in restaurant staff management,
• knowledge of the restaurant menu, cooperation with the chef on menu changes,
• caring for the image of the Topacz Castle restaurant.

• Experience in a similar position,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Assisting the manager in managing the waitstaff team,
• Preparing schedules,
• Maintaining good relations with restaurant guests,
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant,
• Good command of English,
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate,
• Availability.
