The new culinary concept – Brasserie in our Zamek Topacz will be open on 16th April. Zamek Topacz Restaurant only change the room where the our Guest will be received.
Brasserie is a French restaurant with a slightly looser atmosphere than the restaurant, serving à la carte dishes, but served mainly at dinner (as opposed to restaurants that in France are associated with premises opened in the evening). The name of the new culinary point on the map of Topacz Castle is not accidental. Brasserie is a place created for all our Guests who want to eat lunch or dinner in informal atmosphere. The head chef, just like in the Zamek Topacz Restaurant, will be Rafał Borys. In the Brasserie restaurant menu we focused on diversity, so that each of our Guests could find something for themselves. The most important thing for us is serving dishes created with the best quality ingredients – said Rafał Borys, head chef of the Brasserie Zamek Topacz.
Brasserie will be open from Monday to Sunday from 01 p.m. to 11 p.m. The restaurant will be officially opened on 16th April.
Zamek Topacz Restaurant only change the room where the our Guest will be received. From 16th of April our restaurant will be located in a room opposite the reception (Lobby bar place). The restaurant will continue to work in the spirit of fine dining, taking every evening Guests into a culinary, incredibly exquisite and elegant journey. These experiences will be additionally enriched by a new, unique, hand-made porcelain, on which dishes will be served.
Zamek Topacz Restaurant will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 06 p.m. to 11 p.m.
