On Monday evening, November 27, in the interiors of the National Forum of Music in Wrocław, the awards gala and the premiere of the world-famous culinary guide “Gault & Millau Polska” took place. The best restaurants and chefs were awarded. In this year’s edition, for the second time, there was our Zamek Topacz Restaurant, receiving 14 points and 2 hats. Spichlerz Restaurant, which scored 13 points and 2 hats, had its debut in the guidebook. We are very happy that both of our restaurants have been distinguished and appreciated. From the beginning of their operation, we focus on the needs of our Guests, creating exquisite dishes tailored to their expectations. The total of four hats awarded in the “Gault & Millau Polska” guide confirms to us that we have taken a good direction, and our Chefs, Rafał Borys from the Zamek Topacz Restaurant and Krzysztof Obliński from the Spichlerz Restaurant, do a great job.
